This is a group of people that are doing walk throughs of Forclosed properties and giving you their opinion on the state of the property. In Texas our regulations state that we are not able to accept money for a Home Inspection unless we are licensed..... Please Make sure you are getting a Licensed Inspector so that the information you receive is VALID. Remember Texas Home Inspectors must be licensed.
