Meter Box Tampering Could Be Fatal

This is NOT a good way to reduce your electric bill.  The owner of this property had Rigged their Meter Base to avoid paying the electric company. Not only is this illegal (duh!) the person that rigged the meter is lucky to be alive.  The shock that one could receive from tampering with an electric meter is more that enough to Kill You.
