Home Inspector Saves Buyers From Money Pit

Hi Chris and Katie!  I was not able to be at the last inspection ( Black Oak), but was told by my buyers that  Paul did a great job.  They were first time buyers, young and I knew that they would have a lot of questions.  Paul
addressed these questions and calmed their fears.  There was an issue with the foundation that the buyers later called in Structured and it was determined that the foundation was going to need additional work.  The buyers have cancelled this contract and I feel like it was best for the buyers.  All of this from the great work that Paul did!

We are now looking for another home and hope to call you again soon in the
near future!
